In this case, the 25mm and if you arent happy, throw the spacers on. But, if youre already running the spacer, ME PERSONALLY, i would go the 30mm... to save you the headaches of having to adjust everything twice.... I adjusted mine three times before I was happy

*** Edit... I seriously cant remember if i left that spacer on or off from when i went OME basic to OME BP51 lol

Cool beans dude - i really appreciate your feedback!

I think i'm going to get them adjusted to 30mm with a 1/4" spacer (if you can confirm you have yours hahaha).

I'll also ditch the diff drop if at all possible in lieu of having a spare CV, or do a CV mod i've seen around.

There, see how i circled things back around and got back on the diff drop topic? :)

Thanks boss. Love your truck, looks great! I'll do some sort of writeup after we do our install in a few weeks. Doing a clutch and flywheel too... oh boy!

I tried putting the diff drop on my 2020 off road today and the skid plate bracket didn't allow me to take the drivers side bolt out. I've watched a couple vids where they had to remove the bracket and trim a piece off.
I'm not sure why some have to and some don't.

Hey EvDunn, is what did you put on your 2020 off-road? I just got mine and have been going down the lift rabbit hole weeks.

Hey, I went with a 2/1.5 spacer block lift and 265/75/16 tires.
I wanted to go bilstein 5100, but they were sold out everywhere at the time and I was impatient.
I'll change it out next summer to a suspension set up with an AAL, as I plan to get a roof top tent set up.

No complaints at all with the spacer and block however!

Sweet, nice to see another Albertan on here (I’m in Calgary). Thinking exact same set up, maybe 2.5” on the front. Did you do the diff drop in the end? Which spacers/block did you use? Shims on the back?

That's sweet! What colour did you get?
I went with the supreme suspensions kit that comes with everything, sway bar relocate brackets, diff drop, skid plate spacers, shims, blocks, spacer.
I haven't done the diff drop yet, but installed everything else.
2.5 would level it completely. I'm exactly .5 higher in the rear with the 2/1.5.

My CV angles are good without the diff drop, but I spoke with the service manager at Cochrane Toyota (they do a lot of off road setups) and he said they always put a diff drop in regardless of height of lift.

I went with Cement, seemed like there wasn't a lot around but I have definitely seen more and more these days! Still back and forth on diff drop vs not... its driving me nuts. And I feel your pain with nothing in stock up here in the frozen North, was looking at 6112 fronts and 5170s in the back but couldnt get them. I also hate the idea of replacing a brand new suspension, so spacers it will be for now. I have a few more inquiries around town and I'll let you know what the final set up will be.

That was a long time ago...i took out the diff drop. Completely unnecessary and somewhat risky in the 3rd gen as it was rotating the diff and causing the oil in my diff to lubricate differently. This resulted in a harmonic sound that would cause some weird vibes. I took it out and the truck just flat out felt smoother. It’s really not needed. The needle bearing was replaced once before I got the ECGS bushing.

Thanks that was a clear answer just what I was looking for... 3rd gen with quick lift gave 1" front and started vibration. Getting aligned, hope to solve.
