3rd Gen DRL Problem

I recently did the black headlight mod on my truck. I plugged everything in just like it was, or so I thought.

That being said, my DRL’s do not come on when the stalk is in the DRL position.

They do turn on when they are in the parking lights, as well as normal driving lights.

Has anybody else seen, had, or heard of this issue?

I know theres one plug, looks like two prongs, down by the washer fluid reservoir that isnt connected to anything. I didnt think it was connected before, and it is dusty, but I may be wrong, is it related?
