So recently I’ve noticed more when accelerating or slowly letting of the throttle when at speed and occasionally while costing I get a pretty good obnoxious vibration but this morning when I got too work it was -7F and I park i felt the vibration parked this time brought the rpm’s up and it was the worst it’s ever been. Do note there is a carven exhaust system on this truck but it’s never really given me any sort of vibrations

Where is the vibration felt? The whole truck? The steering wheel? Pedals? Are you lifted?

When I parked this morning it was felt mostly in my pedals, steering wheel, and floor board not as noticeable in the seat but it was there. it is on a 2 inch lift with 33’s it has the yotawerx/kdmax tune

I noticed my truck idled very rough, or the truck vibrated much more last night being 10*F. I attributed it to the cold temps and the rubber engine mounts bring less pliable, transferring that vibration to the frame more distinctly. TRD exhaust + OTT here, i would reassess in warmer weather.

Barring any strange noises, this would be my opinion as well.

I read somewhere this may have to do with an unphased propeller shaft? Perhaps it was "The Car Care Nut" on YouTube.

So I would reassess when the weather is warm(er) and also when the powertrain is throughly warmed up from an 1+ hour drive on the highway. Aside from cold(stiff) mounts it could be a bit of carbon/moisture build up from the colder weather, especially if you don't typically do longer drives.

Whats your mileage again? You could be coming up on a spark plug replacement. When they get worn heavily they can cause a bit of rough running.

Third thing i'd recommend is to get a tank of gas from a very busy gas station, ethanol free would be ideal but fresh regular gas would be fine. These trucks are very sensitive to bad gas in my opinion and colder weather doesn't make bad gas disappear. Bad gas is also alot more common than a guy would expect. Some vehicles just compensate better than others.

If none of these three things yield any satisfaction then let us know and possibly get a fuel trim reading on your engine when it's warmed up from a scan tool and we'll go from there

I know it’s been a while just have been waiting for some warmer weather it was about 35 the other day I had non ethanol I usually drive about 30 minutes 1 way to work and the truck usually warms up for about 15-20 before I leave I also have replaced coil packs and plugs within the past year the packs are TRQ which I’ve heard nothing bad about and the plugs are e3 the vibration doesn’t happen in park when given a rev. I’ve also have developed a vibration that seems to be worse when coasting and is mostly felt in the brake pedal and floor board only towards the front it’s also bad under acceleration but only around 1700-2300 rpm I’m at 121,000miles I’m replacing the pvc valve tomorrow as it does make sense with the very light fluctuation in the rpm’s at idol and acceleration sorry for the long winded story just trying to give as much detail as possible because these vibrations are a nuisance

I get same thing during slowly giving gas pedal throttle sometimes, moment I push it down bit more it accelerates and vibration is gone. I am pretty sure its the chaotic transmission having hard time deciding down or up the gear... During park however, I do get that in cold temperatures, but its not continuous, its more like time to time every 5-10 secs or so vibration that kinda goes thru whole truck.

I don’t have the gear issue with mine due to have the yotawerx/kdmax tune I was worried it was the transmission but I’ve steered away from the because all my vibration is localized in the front end

Can you try driving with ECT button on? see if it still does it. If mechanic is right about squeezing out MPG, the ECT button kind of forgets about economy and focuses on power. I don't recall my engine vibrating, other than its normal weird "diesel" sounds.

Very weird, maybe have someone record it for you while driving, passenger. I am not sure what kind of vibration you mean, I never had any vibration on steering wheel that i could feel in hands.

it’s not really in my steering wheel now that it’s warmer but I know it will be next week when it’s -20 or colder

No, although it is a hell of a lot more snappy now performance wise I’m guessing engine or transmission mounts though because it got up to 50 degrees today and the vibration had significantly decreased

Hmm, I had a 2023 v6 and from day one brand new the truck idled super rough in gear, like enough to shake your head. The truck had a wicked sharp vibration under light acceleration around 1700rpm in the floorboard, gas pedal and steering wheel. Dealer was of no help fixing it. I even pulled the carpet up and put nvh material down everywhere around floorboard and even that made zero difference. I owned many 3rd gens and they were all smooth idling and accelerating except this particular truck, never figured it out

If it were me, I would change out all the aftermarket ignition and plugs to OE and reevaluate. Too much unknown there.

Another thought, have you tried giving the throttle body a good clean/wipe out
