Will just adding the Borla muffler to the stock TRD sport lb sound as good as the pro exaust. What's the Borla part number that matches close to the Pro muffler? Doesn't Borla make the pro exhaust?

im running the jones turbine 2525xl, i love it. i did cut off the tailpipe past the axle. it sounds deep and aggressive, no drone or rasp. it did have a little bit of rasp before i cut off the tailpipe.

I had a Borla on my 2003 TRD OR, seemed a good quality system but wasn't overly impressed with the sound and felt it robbed torque from an already under-powered truck. Doesn't necessarily reflect how they are now though.

Have a TRD cat-back, TRD cold air intake, and latest OV Tune 1.05 on my 2018 TRD Sport, very satisfied overall with sound & power.

If I wanted a little more sound, I'd consider a Corsa, well-engineered product with some popularity in the BMW world. These have Reflective Sound Cancellation technology which I believe is an internal resonator supposedly providing a drone-free experience.

Love how he almost loses it then blows through the stop sign in his MK3 hahaha. I remember watching this a over a decade ago, and then burning the song they made from this video onto a cd.
