I’m new to this forum so I apologize if there’s already a tread on this topic. I have a 2022 SR Tacoma with only 6000 miles. The rear leaf springs are completely flat with no load. Is this normal?

    normal and welcome.
If the rear is not sagging, there is nothing wrong. That said, the rear springs are geared for road driving with no more than a sack of taters for a "load".

True true, blow on the rear end and the it will sag, lol.

I added new OEM leaf packs with the RAS system (with the help of local hometown @Ricardo13x ) and alls I can say is it’s a sweet ride now. I haven’t had a large load on it, other than stuffing 350 pounds to see how close it will get to the black 1,000 pound rated Sumos. There was still a gap, had it not had the RAS, it would have been sitting on the Sumos for sure. If the weight is going to be larger, an adjustment can be made to 40%, versus the 20% I’m running now.

I just ordered the RAS system Friday, hoping to receive it this week. I too am running the Sumo Springs. My plan is as for now sticking with the stock OEM leaf pack without adding the AAL and running the RAS at 40% and seeing how it handles. I generally don’t haul a ton of weight but like everyone knows it doesn’t take much to squat the Tacomas.

I've also been running the RAS basically since the truck was new and it is fantastic. Truck actually does handle and ride better. Only claim of their's that i'll have to bust is that it helps with axle wrap... maybe if the leaves had an arc to them but in our case it doesn't help.

I agree with the axle wrap. But man, the ride is so much improved. The only minor harsh thing is going over the old school speed bumps. But that’s it. It handles everything else like a champ.

Rides fine. Have installed Sumo springs for the occasional heavier load though.
