3rd gen flush mount lights in rear bumper with backup sensors?

Did anyone have some pictures of flush mounted lights (like the BD S2 sports or Rigid Ignites) in the rear bumper with the backup sensors of the 3rd gen with P&T package?

My goal is to put some lights in the bumper to help light up the area to hook up a trailer. Someone showed me a picture of a rigid ignite next to the license plate, but it showed a dark area likely exactly where the ball lives due to the step in the bumper.

Just curious where people worked around the backup sensors to install them. Pictures would be appreciated.
