3rd Gen fog light upgrade recommendations?

I live in SF CA. Where the fog is thick on my commute most days to work. My fog light housing seems to be slightly melted from the bulb and harness is now hanging. I would like to maybe upgrade a to better light Assembly. Diode dynamics appear to be the go to for most but is there a more affordable option out there or should I just bite the bullet and get ss3? If so should I go with the sport,pro,or elite.??

the diode dynamics lights are impressive, have them in my lexus. I had morimoto's before, and they blow them out of the water. they are better than the TRD PRO rigid fogs as well.
