I got a letter earlier this week informing me that my '16 is eligible for frame replacement due to rust perforation for up to 12 years. Expected to come here and see this place going nuts. Is this old news or has noone else received this yet?

Might want to read it again.

if you do their rustproofing (free) they will warranty your frame for 12yrs. If you don’t, then you get the 3/36 warranty.
