Mines Inferno, not sure it would look good either that what I’m not will to spend a lot of money or time to try it.

I liked it because it sits more flush instead of sticking out. Plus the Toyota emblem is kinda recessed.

 

Your junk yard ideas making me think about cheap pro grilles, I've always wanted to play around with an american flag approach in the lettering

 

That is my biggest concern about this grille. You attach the sensor to the bracket and then you attach the bracket to the grille using 2 tiny screws that use the middle raptor light mount holes to hold the mount and the middle raptor light in. The bottom portion of the sensor mount is held on with 3m tape. It is top heavy where it is held in with the screws. The base of the bracket held in with the 3m tape isn't going anywhere.

 

Are the letters backlit through a plexiglas or does it light up around he edge? Looking at their website and it looks like you can choose a script color and a LED color. Did you choose black with amber?

 

It’s black with rgb lighting. Can set it to whatever you want. As well as moving colors. I wouldn’t buy again. dbcustoms customer service is nonexistent. The whole grill powder coat is peeling even the hardware, the lighting stopped working a few months after I bought it. Owner said he was gonna send replacements but never received anything. Even talked to someone on here who said they have better service now, but has never sent anything. Nice looking grill but you’re on your own after you purchase it.

 

I'm on my 2nd DBcustomz grill in 3 months. First one the bottom led stopped working after a month. They send me new led strip to replace but after seeing the amount of work I'd have to do I requested a new grill all together. They sent me another on within a few days and I sent the old one back. Noticed the new one did the exact same thing within a month of the new one. Bottom led strip is literally fried. Top is fine. I have it wired into my DRL like instructed to. Currently in comms with customer service.. Again..

 

I’m curious to see what it would look like if you had the Toyota emblem in the centre of your grill. Currently surfing all over the internet to get an idea

 

I couldn’t decide which grille I liked best either so I bought 3. So far, the newer SR grille is my favorite. Pro grille is a close second. I definitely prefer OEM over aftermarket

 

I really have considered changing my 2020 SR5 grille to something like this but I'd need the sensors to work and I have the anytime front camera not sure how that would mount on this.

 

After almost 4 years, I've not seen anything I like better than my T Rex grill.

 

I didn't like the look of the Toyota emblem so I did this.....

 

Got the pro grille from Tacoma lifestyle and the “T” and “O” fell off sfter about a year and a half so take that for what’s it’s worth

Also bought some of their plain mesh that matches, cut it to fit and filled in the light bar slot on the bumper. Ignore the leaf that was wedged in there... lol
