My tabs arrived and they are awesome! Waiting on the other used light I ordered and will glue these on once I have both lights on hand, but already test fitted and also left a positive review on eBay.

OP, do you have any plans to make this tab on the bottom?

Brackets worked great and that JB bonder is no joke. Lights are now installed. Thanks OP for creating this product.!

I have uploaded the files for these here, at least for the LED lights. Unfortunately those take a stupid long time to print and are big and bulky (more shipping). As a result I have not really looked at selling them.

Just got a set of these off eBay and am letting the second light cure. First headlight is installed with tabs and it is SOLID. Just wanted to say thanks for saving me $1500 replacing my droopy/poopy headlights. <3

Hey boss. I was scrolling through the forum and noticed you made every single tab except for the one that's broken on mine. It's the inner most tab closest to the grille with the square hole. 2023 LED light. Let me know if you've already made them plz!

I bought a couple used factory LED headlights with one being damaged, and received this repair kit this week. This afternoon I installed a couple of the top repair tabs for my passenger LED headlight, but also need the upper inner one for the grille support. Mine’s missing a portion, so I can’t just plastic bond it back together. Any chance you’re selling these now? It’s the only one holding me up from mounting the light.

I don't really do the inner pieces. The top one isn't so bad but the bottom one is a monster to 3d print.

The top piece isn't Terri ly important, especially if the others are in good order.

I do have the files up and available here on the forum for folks to have them 3d printed themselves. Unfortunately just due to the size the print takes forever, not only that the shipping is stupid. Unfortunately to sell them it would be a dumb price for such a crap piece of plastic

Thanks, I think I’ll install without it and see if the grille is sturdy without this tab and go from there. Can you tell me what size speed nut is needed for the lower outer tab?

I really wish I could! This question has been asked before but I no longer have a correct speed nut to compare against. So sorry

For anyone looking for this info later, It’s an M6 speed nut. They only come in a thread pitch of 1.00 in that size, at least at Ace Hardware.

I wanted to bump this as I order a set of tabs from EBay and I’m looking forward to fixing a set of OEM LED’s.
Thank you! I’ll update this once the lights are fixed

This may have been answered before, maybe I missed it. Can I install these on tabs that aren’t broken yet as extra reinforcement? Installing Oem LEDs soon and would like some extra protection.

They can. I saw someone on here post that they were installed as an extra protection.
