Has anyone installed amber hideaway emergency strobes on their 3rd Gen yet? I’m looking for ideas and equipment recommendations. For appearance purposes I want to avoid an external light bar or anything that would be mounted inside of the cab (ie visor lights or giant bar in the rear window). I’m also curious as what to do with routing wires throughout the truck with as little damage as possible.

If anyone has done this, photos would be great. Surely someone has a work truck or something with a similar set up.

Check out the Strobesnmore Facebook/YouTube page. The owner has a TRD Pro thst did hideaways as well as other stuff. It’s pretty straightforward with the rear taillights, but you’d probably want to avoid the front headlights due to a lot of the stuff inside; maybe stick them in the turn signals or in the grille.

I think he wants to avoid seeing it, the one I shared is mounted behind the seat up against the window.

He hasn’t chimed in on anything further, but I have seen a lot of different designs for mounting and this is the most stealth.
