Looking at finally lifting my 3rd gen by the end of this year. I want to use a lift that is actually worth spending money on. I only want to do a small lift, no more than 2.5”. Looking for guidance on what to use to get it done right the first time. Good idea to go ahead and replace UCA’s? Coil springs? Just need opinions on what others have used and how it has worked out for them. I know there’s threads upon threads about lifts, but I figured I’d just start another one instead of spending countless hours combing through others right now

I recommend the suspension forum. All your questions can easily be answered there.

    Lol. Seriously?

That’s a super loaded question. Get into it man, do some research. That’s half the fun.

Op, before things get farther out of hand, really depends on your truck.

Really no need to spend thousands on King’s when a spacer lift will do you fine

Really though, lower center of gravity the better.

Ima say a 6” drop bracket lift on 235’s

    Or...

spend thousands, about 6. and get Kings, billet delta joint, RXT leaf pack, TC spindle gussets. Cab mount relocation. Stuff 35s, Etc...

but it sounds like you’re more of a spacer kinda guy.

Spacers are fine for the majority of people, I run front pucks on my hunting truck and it does fine, back breaking? Maybe.

    But it does it’s job

Go look for a group buy and have some fun. I went fox 2.5 with king 700lbs springs, Icon delta UCA, icon rxt leaf with icon 2.0 resi. My vote after research is fox or Kings for shocks and icon for UCA and leafs. Also talk to @Tretiak30 , he was a enormous help trying to figure out a 2-2.5 lift with 285/70/17s, also offered awesome prices.
