So I got into a wreck a while ago and the insurance didn't pay the shop to fix the alignment. So my question what parts need to be replaced and what can be upgraded in the process. I think it has a 4 in coil over lift. I want to do uca, lca, rack and pinion cuz its cracked, inner and outer tie rods, maybe detachable linkage, and maybe more. But I want to know how to find what lift is actually on the truck and what needs to be changed from oem for the lift thats on it. Any help is much appreciated.

Well there is definitely more than 4” of lift. Looks like a drop bracket 4” kit. Then someone put in adjustable coilovers and cranked them up a bit. In the back is a block and aal..

Rough Country 6" lift that someone upgraded the front shocks on, and put add-a-leafs in the factory leaf packs.

If those shocks are in good shape (no leaks and they ride ok) they're probably worth hanging onto. I agree, the shocks look like they're cranked up higher than they should be (I see a lot of angle on your steering, CV shafts & control arms). I'd suggest drop the front down maybe 3/4" to an inch or so (3/8 - 1/2" worth of threads), and get a shorter (1.5-2") block for the rear while also swapping the leafs for something with 2-3" lift (if you can find 5" lifted leaf springs for the rear, then even better still, but leafs having more than 3" lift seem hard to find).

Might want to add CV joint boots to your list too (or new CV half shafts if it's been left for a long time with those inner boots torn the way they are).

    Edit:
You might want to add front bump stops to that list as well, I don't see them present at all on it.
