I like the idea of spindle lift but 4” is a bit more than I wanna get on with and would like to stick with 16” wheels and not have them sticking out past the mirrors. 2 1/2” or 3” would be ideal. Anything out there less than 4” ?

Under 4 and just put a spacer on it since you are 2WD. Don’t have to worry about front CV angles. And spindle lifts don’t make your tired stick out any more than they do now.

In lift spindles, theres cst ( california super trucks ) that is 3.5 “. Or you can do bilsteins 5100 and set to 2” . Kings set to 2.5, or whatever 4x4 use to lift, is the same for 2 wd . I run 5100 with 884 ome coils for a 1.5 lift on a 2wd .

Thanks for the replies. Guess I need to do some more research, looks like everything is on this site. From what I have skimmed through, I keep hearing about ride and handling, alignment issues, etc. seems there’s a trade off with most everything. And there’s so many suspension choices and methods, Havnt found a general consensus. The spindle idea just sounded so good, bolt on some upward inches and keep stock characteristics, add a leaf pack and call it done.
