Depending on caster settings... I am pretty sure you need to do this once you have 285/75s. Though a new bumper would also take care of any rubbing issues.

i used an oscillating tool. It cut pretty nice and easy to maneuver.

Has anyone done this while running a C4 lo pro and or something similar? Pics? I think I’d like to do this but not sure how it will look with my LoPro / half the rigidness Of my bumper already missing. Lol.

Did my bumper cut last December. Use an oscillating tool, a cutoff wheel is really messy as it melts the plastic bumper.

Made the cut... the cut I made for the C4 Lo-Pro bumper took away the inside bottom edges at the fogs.... so the “typical” cut would have rendered the area useless as far as strength... made the cut and reinforced the front bumper at the cut-off with 1/8 aluminum flat bar and two 3/16” rivets... achieved the extra clearance without getting another bumper, so I’m happy. With how strong the bumper is now, I’m thinking of cutting just below the fog buckets.... and reinforce as I did.... yup, Im gonna rock this for now and go deeper next time. Hahahaha

    *edit*

pops have been color matched super white, you can’t even tell they are there.

My notifications say you quoted my post to say this but I have no idea what you’re referring to. I didn’t cut that part of my bumper.

What's everyone doing about the hole underneath? Especially those with aftermarket fog lights? Pretty easy to take, one screw and a clip.
