    Is there any way to tell the difference between oem and knock off, other than fitment issues? I’m considering buying secondhand and don’t want to get fooled.

    Just read thru these posts as thinking of doing the same as you. Will appreciate if you would post up what you decide and any lessons learned.

    From the little research I’ve done, I’m tending to agree with VaToy, figure I’ll buy OEM from dealer over quality concerns.
