    I'm not part of this, but I'm getting the impression this won't happen... he's trading in and unless it happens THIS weekend, the hood will stay with the truck. He likely doesn't have an extra... he was just offering his off the truck (needs yours on the truck) before it went in.

    There are posts in the past for all the parts needed... there was also an attempt at a group buy as well. The biggest obstacle is that you end up with a spare hood.

    I have seen posts from all over the place. It comes in waves. In your case, you might want to post your scoop in the regional thread for a better grouping. This thread works, but because of the post counts... it can be a bit daunting. You could also search the thread with the letters for your state and hood color to see if anything previously matches. The results will be newest to oldest.
