    Noob question here fellas, been lurking a bit. Is the going rate for exchanging hoodscooped hood roughly ~ $700ish or non-scoop + $300ish? Reason i'm asking is wife doesn't want me getting a truck w/ what *she calls a "goofy sports car looking thing". For marital peace I am looking for a definitive answer that the scoop is bonus cash $$$ if we want to install a streamlined, clean and boring hood.

    lol, I hear ya on that one. The price just depends on what someone is willing to pay. I’ve noticed here some go for a swap only up to hood plus 800. Also depends on the color. Some people have gotten new hoods painted in the $800 range IIRC. Myself, I would probably offer up to 250 after starting at 100. Good luck with what ever you try and do. If you get a black truck and wanna trade, also near Baltimore (though with you SN guessing AL, I’ll start by offering $100 and my hood. :rofl:
