    If the dealer has a body shop they can , it won’t be cheap tho . I heard 300-800 for paint in here

    Bought all the parts from toyota for $500 before tax. Picked up from dealership, dropped off at paint and should have it tomorrow or Monday for $300 (neighbor is good friends with manager). Other quote I got was $500 for paint, this is in Seattle area. Tried for ages to swap, said the hell with it.

    I was told $1500, then I also heard you can get a new OEM hood for $800 and sell the old hood for a quick $200.

    The $800 was including paint, however, i didn't mention $50 tax. So you got me. $850 total including tax.
    $200 is easy to get at a junk yard, I am trying offer up and craigslist for $300 then ill sell to gundys if i dont get any bites. I am in no rush.

    I’ve got a Cement hood from my 2020 off-road taken off at a few thousand miles, like new...sitting on the side of my house waiting for a buyer ($300).

    Not sure I can abuse the gracious price I got for phoning in a favor. I will say that hunting around collision places and offering to pay cash doesnt hurt. I got quotes initially from $400-$700. $300 cash is what I paid for painting. I could have saved a few more bucks going ebay for some of the parts (even though they are oem).
