    $850 is what it cost me, if you call around you can find inexpensive places to paint it. The parts run $500-$600.

    Still looking to swap my cement scoop for a non-scoop in like condition. My hood has 8,000 miles, Hand-washed only. The only thing keeping it from being literally perfect is a 3/16 rock chip which i filled in with Toyota factory touchup paint and topped with lacquer clearcoat. (See the blue arrow)

    I’m looking to swap for a non-scooped hood in like condition. I’m told scoops go for trade plus $700-$800 but will totally consider offers. I am located in McMinnville Oregon. Unfortunately I am unable to drive further than an hour away to do a swap - work is crazy right now!

    Maybe someone desperate would trade plus 7-800 , I personally wouldn’t pay 250 on top for a hood with any type of damage

    All reputable places have a "warranty" on the paint job. They use the same paint codes with the parts that I picked up from Toyota. Regardless, my info was for those that wanted to save $300. Glad you are happy though.
