    While that is true, (and either right or wrong) this thread has been around for about 5 years and many people posting while not meeting the B/S/T rules completely, it has seemed to be a non issue (or voiced) concern with the mods. I’m not trying to speak for them but most likely the people trading scooped hoods are going to be new and it’s the first thing they want to do if they don’t like their scooped hood. Some are only here for that and some become contributing members of the community. It could be one of those things the mods are “ok” letting slide unless something happens...

    I think when this thread started the spirit of it was truly just swapping hoods, straight up. Some like the scoop, some don't, and here was a place to get those people together to trade.

    The extra cash incentive people have been throwing in has slowly grown over the past year or two. Not sure if that warrants abiding by the BST rules more now that cash is involved...
