    I always figured if I found a scooped hood, I would just put some cool vinyl graphics on the flat hood and hang it on my garage wall as decoration. That was until I saw a long bed sport one day and realized I didn’t actually like the look of the scoop on the long bed for some reason. Looks like I’ll just have to stick with my flat hood.

    Someone on the Lunar Rock Owners Group on FB was looking to trade his Lunar Rock Sport hood for an Off-Road hood. Not sure if he made it here to post yet but figured I'd give Lunar Rock owners a heads up to search that FB group.

    Yep... I easily beat their price w/ a local trusted body shop in central OK, painted on both sides. Hood swapping seems a pipe dream anymore.

    Some Mods
    i did in the past, and didn’t find that their price was much (if any) cheaper than getting a hood from the dealership and taking it to a body shop.

    I just looked at their site and seems like you’re looking at around $1800 for an OEM hood including paint and parts. Perhaps see what a local body shop can do it for

    Thanks…I know the dealership wants the vin number of a pro or sport Tacoma just so I order a sport/pro hood. They won’t let me order one off of my vin number I have an Off Road.
