    Just a suggestion - stop worrying about “how much you can get” and worry more about finding a recipient where you’re comfortable with the hood you’re getting, you both enjoy the experience, and appreciate each other for participating. Maybe even become TW neighbors. The money is nice, but if that’s what is driving you… this isn’t the right place - it’s going to be an unfulfilling experience.
