just my two cents, but I would contact the guys at @AccuTune Offroad before buying from an online catalog. They have the ability to tune your King’s to your driving style/needs/wants. I would at least give them a call/dm to see what they could do for you. They tuned my rears and my only regret is I didn’t buy my fronts from them. Good luck!

There is almost always special pricing going on. I recommend PM/call some of the forum vendors. Most will include shipping and tax in the deals.

If they are, make sure it's in stock. King is currently shut down. If you have something in mind I can see if we have it in stock.

So people with the adjusters, where did you set them at to start and then fine tune from there?

Middle between soft and firm, then adjust from there. I've settled on full soft for rear, and 5 clicks from soft"est" for the front.

I would recommend setting your height first and riding around for a few days before adjusting the soft/firm ride.

Sounds good thanks, having the shop add another inch of preload from the out of box setting so hoping to be around a 2" lift.

Cool. Just a reminder that its 5 turns for 1" and you will need to account for the (taco) lean on the drivers side.

I'd always mention to give it a try, of course let everything settle with a few miles to make the final judgement. Everyone's opinion on ride quality is different, and it'd vary.

The compression adjuster is a mid-speed adjuster, allowing you to stiffen it up. You should be at all the way soft when you start off, and adjust progressively to your liking. For me, I ended up resorting to 0-10 clicks for around the street and being at around ~5/6 clicks open.

Once everything breaks in and settles, give it a shot and try it out! You did pick up the compression adjuster set for a reason

It's a hair cooler than turning the volume knob on your radio.

Yup, i'm used to driving my track car with super stiff spring rates so i think i'm used to a bit stiffer ride. Will definitely tweak the adjustments to see what i like best for sure.

Ended up adding 7 turns of preload on the driver side and 6 on passenger side. Netted 3” of lift, will see how much it settles. I already had the icon aal in the rear with the overload left in so the rear has around 2” of lift.
