Below is an image of my front coilover. I have about 3/8 inch of span (threads showing). I'd like to raise about another inch, but concerned with loss of travel. What have you all done.

I too would also like to know this. Currently running 700x14 springs and mine looks the same. Came that way and yielded 2.5" lift up front over stock. With truck on level ground, uniballs on UCA are centered and axle angles don't look too crazy. Wanting to go up another 0.5" to level closer to rear rake.

Anyone running without the sway bar installed and 600lbs coils? I’m wondering if there would be too much body roll since I’m using softer springs

    14" x 600lb springs? "softer" compared to what, 700lb?

600lb and 700lb springs are very common and used with the stock sway bar, you will be just fine.

I tried it for a bit with 700 lbs coils and it still has crazy body roll at highway speeds. This was when I was commuting more and farther. Didn't matter if truck was empty or loaded. Lower offset wheels helped a little (went from +0 to -25 on 8" wide wheels). I'd recommend try at your own risk.

Has anyone who’s used heavy rear leaf packs noticed a notable rake with these guys? I feel like I have at least a 1.5-2” rake goin on. Granted I’m putting a tent on the bed eventually but it’s still bugging me. Should I wait until the weights in the back before I try and get more out of the front end?

Rake looks good! Might need bigger tires. Lol. What leaf packs are you running?

For me to go larger I’d have to trim and regear for 35’s. That just sounds like an expensive pain right now. I just got the Dakar heavies with my setup. I’m sure they will settle down more once they have weight added to them. The front just seems low in comparison is all.

Yessir. Currently have the 285/75/16 falken at3’s goin. I honestly think the back is so high it makes them look smaller. I’d like to go 35’s but that’s a purely cosmetic jump for me and an expensive one at that.

I’m needing some front mounting brackets for the king reservoirs so it sits horizontally with the curve fittings. Anyone know who sells them individually? Need them for a 5th Gen 4runner.

For Kings, get the extended travel rears. KRS-25001-121-EXT, they share the same compressed length but have slightly more shock travel. Only time we would recommend the standard length, is if it were stock ride height.

Not sure if these numbers might help someone else in the future, but I’m 24” center hub to fender with 10 threads showing on 600lb coils, extended travel shocks. 10 threads was necessary to stop rubbing 285s.

My skid plate and sliders aren’t on yet, they may bring the 24” number down a hair. Inner CV fins do touch.

These shocks were taken off my 2nd gen with 12k miles already on them so no settling will occur. Here’s the kicker, I measured 23” prior to alignment and went up to 24” after alignment. Caster is set at 3.2 degrees. Rear is 25” with new U402s unbroken in. Those should settle 1” as well.

CMC is on the calendar, which will allow adjustment down to 23”. These 3rd gens are weird animals...never had to cut my 2007. I would recommend ordering with 650lb springs and preemptively cutting the cab mount to anyone seeking +2” and 285s.

@AccuTune Offroad I have a set of the King 2.5 with adjusters front and rear that were tuned with your adventure tune (no added weight). When I start to dial the settings in for normal street driving, do you recommend starting at 0 clicks (soft) or starting at the midpoint around 10 clicks from soft. Thanks.
