That's what I have with adjusters. No added heavy armor other than skids. Great ride on and off road.

    Not much stock left.
I believe they are the OEM Performance Kit. I did go with the adjusters and Extended Travel. I’m also getting the Deaver U402 Expedition II leaf pack

What I’m not sure about is if the valving is done locally, or if King does it.

I didn’t order them directly myself. I went through a local shop and told them what I wanted to do with my truck.

Maybe you will get yours sooner then. I also ordered mine and the shop I went through ordered them through king. He told me king typically has oem performance kits in stock and if they don’t they can get them quickly.

DownSouth usually has some in stock. My rears from them shipped next day. Once he got the order in he swapped the bottom shock mount out right away and got it packaged up

Mine were the same situation, I waited 6 weeks for my extended travel fronts with 650 coils but my rears through @Downsouth Motorsports shipped the very next day. The bottom mount was swapped out and shipped within 24hrs of placing my order.

They ride like a dream though. I’ll be adding some weight soon with with my Pelfrey aluminum skids and Pelfrey sliders so I’m sure the ride will soften up just a little.

I ordered my OEM performance kit with the extended version with standard valving amd 700# coils. Micah at @Downsouth Motorsports has some in stock and sent them out next day. Fortunately, I ordered it last weekend and it arrived by Thursday. Got the fronts installed and waiting for the rear to come in this week.

I will change valving and add clickers when I rebuild in the future.

Question for the group, I know that these are adjustable, but has anyone installed with 1/4” top plate spacers to keep the preload to a minimum?

Also, anyone running Dirt King heimed UCA’s have clearance issues?

    Pic for attention.

I haven’t seen anyone add a spacer but imo, I wouldn’t do it. You probably won’t even feel a difference with a 1/4” preload more. I recently adjusted mine and added another 1” and I can barely feel the difference if any. I’m sitting just a hair over 2” of lift.

I have installed a 1/4" top plate spacer with no issues. It has kept the taco lean to a minimum. Here's mine with 14" coils and 650 spring rates:

If you preload your coils too much, does that limit your travel?

I know I read about it somewhere, but don’t recall the answer.

Thanks guys. Right now I have the top plate spacer on both sides without additional preload since I need clearance for my 17x9 F5’s. Center of hub to fender is 23.5 drivers and 24” passenger right out of the box. Also, I’ll have full skids and a full bumper setup soon so I’ll re-evaluate leaving the top plate spacers on as everything is on and settles.

Looks good! I’m about to get some Kings myself and am looking to run similar tires. What backspacing you have on the wheels and did you have to trim?

Thanks man! These are 3.5” BS and I had to trim both front and rear inner fender liners. I previously did a CMC but it’s rubbing on the left side can mount. I’ll add more caster before I CMC more.

The more you preload the more you are extending the shock while it's just sitting.
