Nice! I'm on the same boat as you, although it took me a little more than 3 days to go through this thread haha, but finally got that setup as well. Except for the UCAs, I couldn't walk away from the BajaKits deal. I'll be posting in about a month I do the install.

Were you able to adjust the preload with the tool and wrench like your first pic?

Ok guys. So I’ve had my kings on for about 6 Months now and love the ride. But I recently added a SSO slimline bumper and a winch and feel like the frog is sagging. I have 600 coilovers, should I swap me out for 700?

It wouldn't hurt to get the 700. I have the 650 springs just for the slimline bumper and winch. It's up to you on which you want 700 or 650. 700 would be better for a full plate bumper, overkill for the slimline bumper and winch IMO.

I just swapped mine to 700 and I have the same set up. 650 would have worked too but cause the sso bumper and winch are center weight even the kings rep In Garden Grove himself Recommend 700. For the same price you won’t regret it, I haven’t.

I strongly recommend to take them off your truck and drive to Garden Grove Kings Shock, with a appointment of course, they will maintain and set the preload and just slap them back on. Just a idea... ask for Marvin, had the best Customer service I’ve experienced.

They won’t touch your truck/vehicle just take the Reservoir Coilovers. Anything that’s King’s they will dial in clean or repair/replace. I paid a local shop tire shop about $100 bucks.

Hey thanks for your help. But just to clarify...a local shop only charged you $100 to remove the coil overs and then you dropped them off at king (in a Uber) while you left your truck at the tire shop? Then came back to tire shop with new coilovers and they re installed? Do you have to remove the entire sssembly for the front ?

Yes, but $100 per side to be clear. $200, talked him down to $180 Which I thought wasnt bad Considering that I used the stall for that long.

Beware: extra side note... make sure you take pictures before you drop off cause when I got my truck I know I didn’t have this ding before:

How much lift did you get out of it? The angles look like you might need to to reduce wear and tear.
