    Not perfect by any means, but rumor is it will look like the 4Runner. Not sure what to think.... :confused:

    I should have given it a longer wheelbase like this. The back door makes it tough to get anything realistic though so squint your eyes.

    almost like a nissan cube with a bed.... it'll get there though, toyota can afford to mess up yet another car but that wouldn't be ideal. nice p shoppin skills btw

    Just to stir the pot, I was chatting and bullshitting with the techs at the Toyota place yesterday when getting my new tires mounted, and per them the 2012 Tacos will be the 3rd gen design and have the new Dual VVT-i 4.0L found in the new 4runner as the option engine. Pretty much what everyone expected.

    I think what they did to the 4-Runner is a disaster. Last Generation looked great. And if theyre going to use the same basic styling on a new Tacoma, I'll be sticking with my 07 for a while, and then buy a 2011 If I want a newer one.

    Well...good job with the photoshop but if the 3rd Gen looks like that then I believe they will have trouble selling them to ANYONE. I personally LOVE the new 4Runners (just bought my wife a 2010 Limited 4x4) but I personally think they should stick with what they have now. Why change such a good thing? They should keep the current style, add leather, sunroof, better skid plate, navi system, electric seats + warmers, HID lights, better tires (NO rugged fails). Basically...offer a limited Tacoma in 2x4 and 4x4. Whos with me? If they do that, hell I could see trading my 2010 DC TRD OR 4x4...no payments now with 3,000 miles, should get a good trade for a paid off new truck!
