    Did my first ever plastidip. Not bad! But the darn trash bag I had on the ground flipped up and made contact before it was dry so I may give it another go whenever this starts to wear off.

    Quite a stark change from the in your face chrome!

    These are my two tone plastic dipped FJ wheels, black and copper. I have to get new tires soon so I’ll probably change the look to a darker copper color Since I’m gonna have a lot of time off

    Anyone done their fender flares? Basically everything I’ve dipped had the sticky-textured surface. I’m nervous to do my flares because there’s no going back but I know it’ll look killer.

    I did mine a few years ago (truck is over 5 years old). Easy to do, I just taped them off and did 5 light coats. Pulled the tape while the last coat was wet. Has held up to 100’s of automatic washes.

    Did the letters on my Pro grill and had some peeling in a couple of areas. I tried to pop the letters off to do them and gave up after fear of breaking them, so taped around them and did in place.

    Any advice on how to touch up the peeling parts, especially without taping the letters up again? Anyboydnused a paintbrush to dab on?
