Damn that's nice looking. I spent yesterday detailing but these ridiculous 60+ MPH winds we are having in PA took care of that.....

Has anyone dipped their TRD OR wheels? I like them but the metallic part is kind of off putting. or maybe I am just fond of blacked out wheels. I also thought maybe adding some faux beadlock rings might be cool. I mocked something up in Photoshop real quick to give an example. It's rough so please excuse.

Anyone know if the glossifier will wipe from the paint as easily as the regular pastidip?

I am planning on blacking out the badges and would like the extra touch the gloss adds, but don't know if I need to be a little more exact with the tape job.

I might stick with 16's. Dip the rims upgrade the tires and then do aftermarket rims later. I'm waiting for OME to drop a 3rd gen specific coil-over kit, then it's on like Donkey Kong.

Going to be doing my grill soon. I am undecided if I should take it off, or leave it on. Obviously leaving it on is less work, but will it turn out better if I take it off? Thoughts?

Take it off. You'll spend less time taking it off and paint vs leaving it on, prep, and paint.

Taking the grille off is super easy. I'm not dipping mine, but if I was that's what I would do.

My two cents is to take it off. Its pretty simple and it's actually less work. Taping it off would be a beast.

Well. You could dip them to see what you think then delete if you want. Then you don't have to go through the trouble of sticking them on!

Sometimes the answer is so simple. I was debating this too... Black? Debadge? Black? Debadge?

    Duh. Black then decide!
