Buddy of mine works for a Ford dealership, but the business has various dealerships including Toyota. Scored me some TRD Pro wheels in grey for just over $600 for the set :D

Now I just need to find tires, anyone know of any deals on KO2s?

    Good call Adrian !!!
I really like the matte grey too - gonna look sweet on these desert troopers! I like how you can see the design a little better than with the matte blk (which are awesome too)

Got them in my garage waiting for toyota for truck with a few other goodies

I liked the black as well, but 1) everyone has them in black, and 2) I've never been a fan of black wheels. What tires will you be running and what trim Tacoma did you order?

Checked the website, $1,000 for purchase and delivery! YIKES!

So far I would be able to get them around $820 but not sure if I can do any better on them than that.

Gotta love a stack of TRD boxes!!! I grabbed the black caps too so I could mix it up on the Greys.

Have Duratracs on my FJ but want to try something more road trip MPG friendly. I'm definitely a fan of tall skinny.

My dilemma: wanting a 32" skinny option or as close to it I can get.

Cooper AT3 and Falken Wilpeak & ST MAXX
    235 80 17 (E)
    245 75 17 (E)

    ST MAXX
255 75 17 (C) These are really interesting because they are C load which is probably same weight as the E in 235. I've never complained about my E tires so I'm used to it now. But the weight savings I like.

In Colorado as much as I will be chasing the snow my DD will be on pavement 80% time to work.

Right now I'll probably go 235 AT3's. Not the cool sidewall of the KO2's but that's ok. Plus they're pretty cheap if I decided I wanted a dedicated snow tire which I eventually will try.

I got them 265/75/16 for $975 delivered. $200 cheaper than anyone local. I worked a deal with a local tire shop to trade out my stock tires with 1100 miles on them for the install of my new tires.

Walking up to my truck today from Lunch I realized why there are a lot of people upset with the 3rd Gens but I can't figure out why.

They don't have a Quicksand one.

Hell, I don't blame them, I'd be jealous too. DAMN THIS TRUCK IS SEXY.

I'd want to stick with a C load and my friend hasn't had great luck with his KO2s on his 4R Trail. I guess $800 for tires isn't that bad compared to what others are paying, was hoping to get a smudge cheaper but guess not really possible.

Need to also save move for a tonneau cover before fall hits. Getting the Truxedo but cannot decide between normal and Lo Pro QT

I'd certainly stick to C's unless you really need E's. Also I have searched around and $800 for K02s is probably about the best you'll get unless you get lucky and find a craiglist, but there's unknowns there.

Surprisingly, the factory tires have been doing pretty well with me, I've done mud, sand, pavement, gravel and grass and as much as I want to hate them so I can justify upgrading, I simply cannot. But when these babies wear out..... :) :) :)

After waiting for what seems like forever I finally picked up my TRDOR on Friday. Took it straight to discount tire to have 265/70/R16 Duratracs installed on 16" FJ TRD wheels. Saturday morning I installed the new (to me) mirror with home link and black leather classio seat covers. This morning I replaced the chrome Tacoma badges with flat black, removed the rear V6 badge and replaced the standard TRD decals with flat black. Now I only have to decide what to do about the grill. Maybe an SR one.

Almost forgot, I'm still waiting on the MobTown sliders.

nortonian, what did you get the homelink mirror out of? I'm sure there's already a thread for it, but I thought I'd see what you used.

New whip! I didn't know if the chrome boards were going to work. I like 'em. I do have the option to do black boards and bronze TRD wheels.20160925_160529.jpg
