Bed mat, step, and lights, huskie mud flaps, Polk components, Alpine amp, 3 layer sound proofing, B&I blackwood dash kit, fluid film, led cabin and footwell lights, tail letters, window tint, IGGEE seat covers. More to come.
Iridebikes, I just installed Bilstein 5100 on 4rth notch yesterday, stock springs. I measured front end lift on my 16 AC cab and found a 2" lift, rather than the 1.55" lift that was shown on the Bilstein install notes. I am interested to know how much lift you got, how the allignment turned out, and whether you feel it is needed to do stabilizer, differential, bash plate, wheel spacers,or UCA swap with a 2" lift? Any thoughts?

Actually easy. Surprisingly things were all in spec so a few small tweaks and we were done

Thanks much! I felt the same way but I guess that once I branched out to a color like quicksand, why stop there? The bronze is actually much darker in person than they appear in pics. They are anything but gold or gold(ish). Took a chance (for me) but I am really glad I did now that its done. Good luck and post pics when youre done, anxious to see!

Funny you mention it as I got about the same lift on stock coils. I was actually worried I'd have too much rake with the 4th notch and 1.5" AAL in back but it does work out to e more than advertised. REALLY glad I didn't sacrifice ride quality and go 5th notch! I'll definitely do UCA's next but not because its needed to clear 285s. I (and my installer @Tretiak30) didn't see any need for any more than we did for how I use the truck which is 90% daily driver and maybe a monthly off road trip with no significant rock crawling. We did not do a diff drop so I guess time will tell on how that pans out but it seems many have not done it so I'm cautiously optimistic. Wheels spacers would depend completely on what wheels and tires you run. I know with my setup, they weren't needed and would actually be more likely to cause rubbing than eliminate it. I'd only go that route if you had lots of backspace or positive offset.

haha, that's like a TW pay it forward! Especially now that they are on, I know I'd be really bummed if I hadn't gone 285. Granted, I was surprised I had no rub issues (sway links connected of course) but I simply had no problems so if clearance is the only issue and you want 285s, I'd say go for it.

Thanks for the info, as you say time will tell. I am putting air lift springs on the back when they arrive tomorrow, just to prevent sag under load,, then I will get it aligned. Hope to have good luck like you did with the alignment.

Brought my truck in for the 10k service last week. Had the transmission fluid checked, fluid level was fine - service took about 8 hours. Got up skiing over the weekend, round trip averaged about 18.2 mpg. Around town I'm lucky to get 17. Finally picked up a bike rack for the truck...looking forward to getting out this weekend for a ride and to test the rack!
