Gas quality around here is sketchy lately. Also, if the truck was older with more miles I would say you have a sloppy fuel injector that is slowly dripping fuel for a couple of hours when not running and causing the rich burn on start up. I don't see this too often on a new vehicle, but maybe...

finally picked up my new Taco last Thursday. This coming weekend I plan to plastidip the side "Tacoma" emblems black, put on my black TACOMA letter inserts on the tailgate, remove the "V6" and also plan to do the mesh part of the grill black but leave the Toyota emblem in the middle chrome and the rim around the grill chrome as well. Going in today to tint the front windows to match the rear glass. Pics will be posted this weekend.

First time getting the truck truly dirty. I love this color, you can't even tell when dirt is all over it.

I waited to post until I had made a few upgrades. Here's my '17 TRD OR DCSB, before and after....

Bilstein 5100s & 5160s, Rear AAL, Method Racing Wheels, 17x8.5 in Bronze, BFG KO2s 285/70R17s. Ended up keeping a rake of about 3/4" but my driveway is angled, so it's hard to make out. I gained about 1.5" up front and about 1" in the rear. I wanted to try the Bronze rims to stand out a little bit... I'm happy with the lift/look... Opinions please... Don't hurt me too bad !!! The Predator steps rail is coming off this week and getting replaced with AMP running boards.Taco.after1.jpgTaco.before.jpgTaco.after1.jpg Taco.before.jpg Tacoafter.2.jpg
