    Depends on a few variables and the package you get. From what I've seen, a quality shop charges anywhere from $1.2k to $3k. Mine was $1.9k with tax for the silver, or second tier, package.

    Not cheap, but for about 5% of the initial $36k cost of the vehicle, - and a minimum 5 years guaranteed protection - not outrageous either.

    It's a 5 year work warranty provided by Ceramic Pro, in this case - holds the installer liable against defects within that period, assuming regular maintenance (like with most things). The top package has a "lifetime" warranty, but I'm always cautious about anything with that verbiage
