So far I like them. They have been good in the rain and no slip at all on steep gravel mountain roads.

On my way to pick up a Go Fast Camper in Belgrade MT. Devil's Tower was only a short detour from my planned route. Well worth it, if you ever get the chance.

Dani II got new kicks. Falken Wildpeak AT3W 265/70/17 w/TRD Pro matte black, Black Gorilla MagNuts. Ride is nice. Minimal road noise increase from the factory TOYO tires. Stock Sport suspension. Did have a bit of rub when turning sharp. Nothing a heat gun couldn’t fix. Now if I could just get my Leer 100xr installed!

Just got news on my Leer 100xr. Won’t be in for two more weeks. Screwed up the road trip! 7 weeks turnaround is ridiculous! Dealer is providing a tonneau cover for the trip.

I have them in black 16” with Falken wildpeak 265/75s. I love being able to fit 16s on our trucks, only size I would go with.

I’m getting a set of the bronze in 17” for my wife’s 4Runner.

Tires and wheels are on point! Also, love that you went with black lug nuts.

Loved Devils Tower. That whole part of the country is pretty awesome, tbh. Wish I had time to road trip out there and explore all the cool shit with my truck. Last time we made the trip in a compact car loaded with moving supplies.

Lol tbh yours and @Aje0010 were the ones I used to compare which color I would choose. Unfortunately both of them were on back order for 5+ weeks and I’m like a little kid on Christmas and couldn’t wait so I pulled a trigger on another set a wheels...
I order a set of these wheels instead. Will post pics once they arrive and installed!

They’re from “blackhorn off road”. They’re a new company based out of Canada. There’s really not much info on them yet but they have an Instagram account that has some of their wheels mounted. They only have 2 wheels right now I believe

    Stock for now
My 2017 DCSB trd off road. Just picked it up last week and I’m new to Tacoma world too! I’ve owned nothing but jeeps my whole life. Finally decided to sell my 2012 rubicon and make the jump into a yota! I love it so far!

The Camper is on! Out of sheer dumb luck timing, I walked into a campground in Yellowstone on Labor Day weekend and got a site for the night. Unbelievable. Spent today in Grand Tetons National Park. Lightening did not strike twice so I diverted to Idaho Falls. Too many fires in CA to go south, so I'm thinking west to Bend OR and maybe north to Mt. Saint Helen's. Yeah, I'm having fun. Not going back to Baltimore any time soon.

Did a little semi annual clean up this weekend- wash, clay bar, seal and wax.

It was only the second time I have washed the truck this year, lol.

The paint still looks good imo, since it’s going on 5 years old.

Still doing some research. An hour outside of Elkins. Doing some stargazing. Rented a cabin in the woods. Anniversary trip. Would like to find a nearby trail though.
