It looks like a 2016-2017 TRD grille that was painted black along with surrounding grille housing.

Stock 2017 grill, plasti-dipped black. I adjusted the contrast and black point on the photo which is why it looks extra good.

That said, it looks good in real life too. I also painted the chrome ring, and grille surround black too - which I haven't seen done by anyone else yet. Been around 2 years now and the derp job is holding up quite well actually.

Would anyone happen to know, can you spray over the grille toyota badge emblem without messing up the collision sensor?
I would like to black it out.

Or are their vinyl overlays you can put on them?

I went searching for this and it looks like tint is the most common. To completely black it out, I wasn’t able to find anyone that actually did it. Others said the Sensor should shoot through paint. I also didn’t look as hard as I could have.

New shoes! 265/70/17 BFG KO2 on Black SCS Ray10s. Couldn’t be happier, other than needing like 0.5in of lift to clear the rub.

Damn man, those led headlights look so good! Was on the fence about spending the $ for that upgrade but now I think I will

honestly, these headlights were the reason I picked a 2020 over a used 3rd gen.

Hey Gents. Kinda new here but not really, I just dont post much.

I've been slowly building up my quicksand taki (her name) and just got it back from the shop, so why not.

Here's some of the work i've done:

Suspension: Bilstein 6112s (front) and 5160s (rear)
    SPC UCAs
Currently (Iron Man 4X4 leaf pack) but this will be swapped out with Dobinsons in March

Wheels: I went with stock. I really couldn't make a decision on some new wheels so for now, I'm really happy at how much better the OEM wheels look with beefy tires.

    Tires: BFG KO2s @ 285/75/16
    Load Range: E

    Cosmetics: TRD Pro Grill
    Diamondback SE Cover

Lighting: CaliRaised LED Fog light kit

    What's next:

    Sliders: RRW V3s

    Armor: CBI full set

    Gears: Nitro @ 5.29

    Thanks for checking it out!
