The ARE is nice, but it definitely doesn't keep out the dirt...you should see the bed after wheeling in Anza Borrego

Did they put a good foam seal under the cap prior to installation?

I'm still waiting for my Tacoma and getting lots of ideas from this forum in the mean time.

I know right? It's a really rare combo..

Looks like the ST Maxx is a leeeettle tight in the wheel wells. The stock mudflaps are gonna have to go. I'll run this for a while and see if I need to do a minor lift or not..

Looks great! Who cares if a lot of people have this set up if you like it! I have these exact wheels, and I'm picking up my KO2s tomorrow!

As for the rubbing I have heard that this set up won't rub with Rokblokz mud flaps, like it sometimes does on the OEM and WeatherTech mud flaps. I have already installed Rokblokz on my truck, so I can let you know if I have rubbing, which I am not expecting, when I get my wheels and tires in trailed if you want. I just have no interest in lifting my rig anytime soon haha.

Sorry if you have already answered this before but where did you get the grill and the window vents?

Ok fellow Quicksanders could all of you with sunroofs give me a hand. I'm having a problem with water coming in and Toyota says it's an acceptable amount. I put paper towels in all four corners and three came out wet and one was so wet I could ring it out like a wet rag. This happens when I take it through a touch less carwash and has never happend in the rain. Service called Toyota and they replaced the whole sunroof and now it leaks when it rains. So if anyone out there has a sunroof could you do the paper towel test through a touch less car wash or if that's to much to ask maybe the next time it rains. I would love feedback so I can tell the service manager that it does or does not happend to other Tacomas.

    M2loco,
I think an "acceptable" leak would be NONE!
That said mine doesn't leak at all.
I've had good luck with the Toyota 800 number, my advice is stay nice and calm and they'll want to help you. They get lots of calls from a-holes.
    Good luck
    Mike

Just about to hit the 900 mile mark. Loving my truck so far and gonna begin saving for goodies! Also, can y'all post up some window tint shots on your Quicksands? I'm tinting soon and can't decide on 5% all around or 20%. Appreciate the info!

Here is mine, not the best angle, but you can kinda tell. I got 20% on the front two to match the back.

First (minor) upgrades in the books.
    .
Swapped out all the interior and rear plate bulbs for soft white LED's from IJDMtoy. Bought all the lights on the fourth with their 15% code and cost me about $31 including shipping.

Also went ahead and bought the Tacoma decals for the tailgate from @rrentrop. I went with the matte black and they look great. He includes a practice letter with the kit so you can make sure you're good to go with all the letters. Just use the wet application and follow directions and you're all set.

I plan on derping the grill later today. Don't judge me.
