I've had an issue for the last couple days with my OEM radio freezing, no sound, can't change the station on ( XM, FM, or a CD) steering controls won't do anything and touching the screen does nothing....i actually like the OEM radio but will upgrade if it will fix my issue.....anyone else have this problem or is it just me?.... any remedies or pointers would be greatly appreciated....tried the search bar before posting but came up empty handed

I'd suggest having your dealer's service department take a gander at it, as it should still be under warranty.

Might be something in the software, take it in and have them reset it, i believe they can do a hard reset.

Make the Dealer fix it. This has been reported as far back as the 16's I think.

+2 on the software fix. Wife's 4Runner was doing that (freezing, rebooting). They flashed it with the latest software and it's been fine since.
