Okay so off topic and I know what I'm about to say holds basically zero weight but its interesting none the less. Forza 6 just came out for Xbox One (racing simulator game) and Ford clearly paid serious money to advertise their new Ford GT (its on the cover and all the advertisements have featured it). The game also includes the new Shelby GT350R as well as the 2017 Ford Raptor. The interesting part is the price of the 2017 Ford Raptor in game. Forza (a 10 year old series now) has always attempted to price the cars in game equivalently to what one would cost in real life. They are not perfect but for the most part they are spot on. It can only be assumed Forza asked Ford what they wanted the price to be... well... to my surprise its $90,000 in game.

Take it for what it's worth.. not shit.

Also, for anyone wondering the Ford GT is $250,000 in game. GT350R is $55,000.

Now I know you're lying, no one in their right mind would trade a 1st gen in for a 3rd gen

So last year in Moab/Arches when I was interrogating a ranger about offroad conditions in a few areas I wanted to explore, he mentioned that the park service bought a Ford Raptor to go out in some areas and rescue people. And they said it is too big to go most places and also it always gets stuck, so pretty much useless. I laughed my ass off.

Dude those are Forza specs and while they're realistic, they're just speculative guessing. I think Ford just gives them a ballpark to guesstimate the actual specs, so expect the 2017 GT numbers to be off a few.

The official 2017 Ford GT specs haven't been announced and I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't released for another year.

The official numbers for the 2016 GT350R are 526hp (12hp off) and 429 lb-ft (24lb-ft off). Weight is actually right on the dot: 3,655lbs (only 3 lbs off)

I'm well aware.. Just posting up for millertime who was interested. Clearly Turn10 studios was in communication with Ford.. its very possible Ford supplied those numbers for them.

I added the Raptor specs to my original post which admittedly look very vague.. all round figures.
