3rd Gen Rear Bumpers (sensor/non-sensor??)

Last winter I lost a fight with a light pole and a year later I'm desperate for fixing her! Unfortunately, I'm located in Canada and not willing to pay over priced shipping so I turn to the Tacoma World community for some guidance!!

My taco has the rear parking sensors and I can't find any bumpers in Canada that have the holes. Can I just drill them and pull it through myself or is there more to it? Hoping to get it fixed before the snow comes!

You could drill them with a good drill and bits. Mine is pretty thick and would def take a couple. Not sure what size that bit would be though.
