Why do people have to constantly put down what other people do to their trucks. Not everyone has the money or does hard off roading but wants the look or slightly higher clearance for whatever reason. Assuming they are putting on larger tires?

Hmmm just seems odd it would behave like that if it was installed correctly.

Yeah I agree to point. But there is a difference between $200 bucks and $3000.

@ToddsTRD did you move the E brake cables. Is it in 2wd, if so, did it disengage. I can't see anything that would "bind"

I'm running 2 1/2" tappers blocks, Dakers and 3/4" carrier bearing spacers, and I have zero issues.

See making assumptions. Maybe ask the guy. Maybe he doesnt wheel. Worked for him on the other truck and so he's trying it again.
Have a goodnight, thanks for the help.

Id be checking into the brake cable. I remember having to drop the ebrake cable supports. Though its not that aggressive of a lift.

No that's not it cause like I said took the blocks out and all was fine. I will check in the morning but I don't think they are tapered. I know most of the time the tapered ones are marked with a F.
Anyways I will update tomorrow. Thanks to 99.9 % of you.

So I went to four wheel parts and got one inch rear blocks and all is good. I am guessing the angle was two much with rear blocks. They might work if they are tapered which the are not. What is so crazy is I did the same lift on my 2016 and it was fine oh well. I bought 265/75/16 TK0 two weeks ago and I am going back tomorrow for 285/75/16

Was the 2016 a long bed by chance? Would make a difference in the angle? Just a thought. Glad you got it worked out.

Glad it worked out. I am looking to do the same to mine. I have 2wd so that issue shouldn't arise. Any advice you could give would be great since it looks like you have the experience with these lifts.

This still doesn't quite add up. If a 1 inch difference in the spacer took you from binding up to no problem wouldn't you think the binding would still occur every time the rear suspension drooped? Possibly causing excessive wear on driveline components?

Weird that happen. I'm sure there's a difference with 2wd (what I have) but I did Dakar pack and 2" taper blocks (majority of blocks 2" and higher are tapered, anything lower is not) and no issues. But glad it's fixed!
