Again i can make a remote start for the keyed ignitions. Also do yourself a favor and stick with Directed as the product of choice. All dealers typically use them because of reputation and warranty

However it will not use the factory remote to start the vehicle and will involve taping the ignition column.

OK, I am old and maybe missing this. The Video was done by @nickj718 using what I thought was his kit, not the KB Voodoo kit, with the factory like loomed wires, ground strap and T taps. Would also like to see complete kit laid out with all parts. The two reviews are not very substantial IMO. Things I would like to hear are installed just like video with no issues. Or it was hard getting the steering column cover off. I used the supplied T taps and they are great or wish I would have soldered them.

Nothing against @winston50 or the other review but was hoping for a more detailed review than "really satisfied". He maybe a installer by profession or very confident with electrical. I found the video great for showing location of plugs and wires but didn't go into the detail of doing at least one tap with soldiering and one with the T tap and then showing how to dress up the bundles again. Instructions are well written and easy to follow.

I think this is a great product for a great price but want to be confident I can install it myself.

OK that clears that up, I thought a change had been made to the wire looming. I was going by what was in post #219.

    To address the wire loom

The kit from me is just wires. You have to bundle them if desired.

The kit from kb voodoo has loomed wires grouped to order of location. That and many other things is why the cost was increased.

When I ordered I do not remember having to choose the auto lights option. I do need that option, can you confirm I ordered the correct one?
