My prinsu with no light cut-out makes very little noise. If you go with the light bar and other accessories, that'll make it a lot louder. A cross wind will make it audible, but driving on the freeway at normal speeds with no wind - don't even know it's there. My MPG knows it's there cause my wallet whines.

I agree with Off Topic Guy. I bought a roof rack on my Tacoma. It looked killer but the wind noise drove me crazy. I tried a bucht of different things to quiet it down but couldn't get it quiet enough for my comfort level. I ended up taking it off and selling it.

I have the UpTop Alpha with the 38” lightbar, and am really happy with it. No noise issues, and I dig the look.

I have the Uptop Rack. You can make adjustments to the placement of the cross bars to eliminate any wind noise that may develop. Been un-noticeable for me and I've been running mine for about 4 years now.

I picked up the RCI rack on sale and I really don't notice much additional noise, I expected much worse so I'm happy with the result.

I have the RCI as well and got it on sale as well. It's louder than stock but not terrible. It also has the rubber feet which seems to help with the noise.
