Do you currently have the rumble strip vibration and if so did you fix it with the dealership/TSB

    it's the randomness of this issue that's puzzling me. For some people turning the rotors helped, for other the axles had to be replaced, for other the entire diff had to be replaced. For some, all that has been done and still no fix. And yet for the majority (according to the poll), they are being told that this is normal operations.

    I mentioned this in another thread: I suspect the vibration problem people are having in their Tacoma's are different. Some are from the brakes/axle shafts, and some may be from the driveshaft and u joint angles..etc.

    Leads me to believe that the symptoms aren't exactly the same, though both consist of vibrations. Some folks mentioned that they experienced the vibration regardless of braking. Again, goes to show that that specific issue may be separate from the Drum Brakes/Axle shaft clearance issue.

    Agreed there are multiple issues but they have the same symptom
