3rd Gen running lights circuit grounding problem

I've been having a problem with my running lights/instrument lights/center console lights circuit blowing its fuse from being grounded somewhere. Is this an issue more people are having other than just me? Is this a known problem w/ 3rd Gens after 22+ years on the road?

All the wires I can get to are intact & not cut, frayed, exposed, etc. I'm pretty sure it's a grounding problem because of how fast the fuses blow (immediately). It's a 10A circuit but it blows 15A, 20A & 25A fuses just as fast as 10A.

I wanted to ask on here before I start having to cut suspected wires.

 

Any aftermarket lights? I just worked on a car that was blowing the "tail" fuse and the aftermarket LED fog light was shorted internally.
