My 2017 just started having speedometer issues last week. I have 35,000 miles and it's just out of warranty. I found some old threads, but no real solutions. Has anyone else had their speedometer intermittently stop working? Sometimes it doesn't work at all, other times it is off by 60 mph or more. It seems to reset and work normal after I shut the truck off and restart it.

I called my local dealer and they acted like they have never heard of this issue. Anyone know what the root cause is?

I'd start by checking the connections on the ABS sensors on each of the wheels. make sure they're good and tight

    The dial?

Does the digital speedometer still work? I know, not the issue at hand but curious if it is the speedometer hand or if there is another issue if both stop.

It's common. mine has from day 1, been ticky and sometimes just gets stuck. I have the extended warranty and before that's done I will get the cluster replaced. Take a video of it and show the dealer. I'm thinking he's full of shit like most car salesmen are.

Check the back of the cluster where the plugs go. I would also check the circuit board on the cluster.
