Another successful install based on this thread. I wish I would have left just a little more on the lowest portion of both the right and left side but over all it looks good. Installing the side fender support brackets was a pain and is probably why they want you to take off the whole fender but I managed to get them installed. Still have to swap out the OEM hook just ran out of time. The only thing I have to do now is find a tall light bar switch as I only have a tall spot open.....

What was hitting on the Cali brackets? I was about to order those for my truck since I didn't get a light bar cut out in mine ..

As others have stated, its a tight fit to get the 2 front (front of bumper) bolts in. Put in the two rear ones loosely to line up the holes then you will have to kind of lift the front of the winch while getting the bolts in and threading started at the same time. Hands down I could not have imagined doing this after the bumper was on.

Agreed ... I just put mine on Saturday .. Those two front bolts were next to impossible lol.. I don't think it would be possible at all to install the winch after installing the bumper ..

I noticed a small drop in the front 1/2 to 3/4? I did not measure before hand like a DA. I have the Fox 2.5 (TRD-Tuned Internal Bypass with rear remote reservoirs) on my TRD Pro and I am in no way, shape, or form a suspension expert. Can anyone quickly answer if these can be adjusted to account for the drop? TIA!

Does anyone know if a dremel would be enough to make the required cut of the front bumper plastic?

I used my Dremel. It cut through it like butter with a good cutoff wheel.

If I recall the TRD pro suspension is not adjustable right. I was lucky I was already running my OME bp51 setup which I could change the preload to raise the truck back up after install of the added weight. Good luck with figuring yours out though.

The brackets for the calcraised 30 inch slim light bar won't fit as they hit the frame of the SSO bumper that bolts to the truck frame. Was impossible to bolt the brackets in the truck. Let alone the light bars back it was also hitting the top of the winch.

I would be interested in the mount for the license plate as well.

Also has anyone mounted a cheaper 30" LED from Amazon? Curious what cutout would work with one.

The list is long but distinguished
Following your advice I was able to get the front winch bolts in with little pain. Many thanks to all who have added to this thread. Invaluable!
