3rd gen stalled after accelerating onto freeway SIBI Tune

While I was accelerating onto the freeway the rpms jumps rapidly up and down, so i let go of the gas and let the rpms settle. Shortly after i was driving at 65mph and the truck marks low engine oil pressure followed by a check engine light and trac off light. The engine then lost a lot of power and started making loud squeaking or knocking noise. Pulled over and had it towed. I checked the codes and got P0012 and P0022 for over retarded timing in bank 1 and 2. I also have the Sibi tune which is similar to the OV tune. Im thinking it is the Crankshaft position sensor, or the VVT solenoids or VVT sensors. Any advice or thoughts as to what is the issue ?

Is your vin effected by the dreaded CPS issue that effected a lot of 2016, and some 2017 tacos?

 

Hum it worked before the "tune"?

 

I called multiple dealerships and they all said my truck wasn’t affected by this. The CPS still looks like the first thing im gonna replace at the moment.

 

Did you replace the spark plugs at 60k miles like you’re supposed to?

 

How long has the time been installed...I'd be looking to roll back if it's recent.

 

Yup everything was great, have had the tune for about 10 months

 

I find it hard to believe both went out of time at the same time. I'm unsure if the cpk sensor will help. Any mice in your area?
