Ok so I cant seem to figure this out. Took it into a shop who claimed they couldnt find an issue and everything was tight. Here's what's going on. When I turn into a driveway with the wheel slightly turned, as I hit the driveway bump I hear a rattle. For a while I thought it was plastic rattling since I have a steel front bumper. I went through the entire front end zip tying everything and making sure my fender liners were not the rattle. After checking everything I could think of I found the issue. It seems like there's something going on in the intermediate steering column or something near there. When I jack the truck up off the front two wheels and give it the hold the tire at 9 and 3 and shake test I get this loud thud rattle of the steering column. I've read the threads about the little green sleeve (mine is nice and tight in there), the rubber bushings (all mine look solid), and slipping a zip tie in between (not enough room to get anything in there). Take a look at the video. Maybe you guys can help me figure this out. Im stumped. Keep in mind im barely giving the wheel a tug back and forth and theres less than 19k miles on it. I do a good amount of offroading but nothing crazy.... HELP! ‍
