    I didn’t look very closely at who made the post I was answering, my mistake.

    Still wondering though, I see a lot of LoC questions in threads where it doesn’t look necessary.

    People that have no idea what they are doing take recommendations from multiple sources and apply it to their setup, that's the only reason i can think of. If you have an amp that has HIGH level inputs then you dont need rca's, meaning by default you don't need to find a way to send rca a signal through something like an LOC. I can tell they are clueless form the garbage speakers/amp and garbage wire kit. I came here looking for a speaker wire diagram so i can use my kicker loc and run my subs without removing the HU. I noticed my rear speakers get next to NO power so i didn't want to cut into them for a shit signal. Finding these grey/blue wires under the kick panel was exactly what i needed, and i'll be tying in both R/L channel from the loc to it.

    GRAY+WHITE on loc to GRAY in truck
    GRAY/BLACK+WHITE/BLACK on loc to BLUE in truck

    I'm using a Kicker LOC that I'm attempting to wire up to the stock Non-JBL stereo in a few days, I'm probably still gonna have some questions :oops:
